| 10h00 | Mobile Value Added Services: Unlocking New Revenue Streams This presentation will examine the evolving partner ecosystems as a recharged community of service providers move to deliver VAS including Mobile TV, video and other digital media to consumers. Enabling innovation among service providers, monetizing new digital media services and managing the new community of partners and complex value chains required to deliver these services (including advertisers, sponsors and promoters), adds some new and interesting revenue management settlement and remittance challenges. Through the use of business based user scenarios from both the Telco and publishing industries we shall explore the requirements of the VAS next generation of partner relationship management systems and the evolutionary journey service providers need to take to maximize these revenue opportunities. This session will also discuss an Orange UK Case Study that explores how Orange manages complex VAS relationships.
